Our members are noting a distinct increase in Raleigh and the triangle, in interest in homes in the $750,000+ range in the last half of 2012. Our group’s focus on luxury homes in this price range gives us a unique perspective on what is happening in this elite end of the marketplace. We spent time as a group in October to examine all the tools available to help connect buyers and sellers in this highly-specialized market segment. While our group’s regular networking amongst ourselves is critical to making connections and helping to buy and sell homes, we are also examining other communication tools to help enhance that effort.
Our new website, http://www.trianglelhmg.com/, goes active in the 4th quarter, pulling together some of these advanced resources. Additionally, we’ve added an expanded presence on Facebook, and will soon incorporate Twitter and Pinterest to our media family. By evaluating these new technologies, with a focus on improving communications, we ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients in the executive-level home marketplace.
